Working Principle

The air-cooled Roots vacuum pump mainly consists of a rotor, pump body, cooler, and other components. The rotor completes one cycle of suction and exhaust every 180 degrees of rotation within the pump chamber. Cooling gas enters the suction chamber of the pump from both sides of the pump body, reducing compression heat without affecting pumping performance. Pumping efficiency, noise, vibration, and other performance metrics are significantly improved.

High-Efficiency Main Unit

The main unit rotor adopts an involute profile structure, ensuring no contact during rotation while maintaining a constant gap. The special structural design allows long-term stable operation under high pressure differentials and high compression ratios. It can be used as a single unit or in series with multiple units, combined with other vacuum pumps to form a system, achieving higher vacuum levels to meet various process requirements.
