This series of products is manufactured by printing resistive paste on Al2O3 ceramic green sheets. After lamination and stacking, the metal and ceramic are co-fired at high temperatures around 1650°C, followed by welding leads to form a medium to low-temperature heating element. This heating element represents a new generation product, succeeding alloy heating wires and PTC heating elements.
