Product Introduction:

This product is synthesized from silicone-modified aliphatic isocyanate through an innovative method that breaks conventional synthesis approaches. It enables grafting a high proportion of silicone into the main chain, imparting the resin with excellent smooth hand feel—soft yet non-tacky. It offers certain water and solvent resistance and is suitable for applications such as water-based leather topcoat finishing, water-based printing resin, water-based printing paste, water-based textile coatings, and water-based inks.

Product Characteristics: Silicone content 40%, water and alcohol resistance, soft yet non-tacky, smooth hand feel, high toughness and softness.

Product Applications: Water-based leather finishing, water-based printing paste, water-based textile coatings, water-based printing inks, water-based film coatings.

Usage Instructions: Can be used with water-based additives (dispersants, wetting agents, humectants, defoamers, etc.). Add to coatings under dispersion mixer stirring and adjust to suitable viscosity with a thickener.

Storage and Shelf Life: Store in a cool, dry place away from light at 5–30°C. When sealed in the original packaging, the product has a shelf life of 24 months.

Packaging Specification: Packaged in 50 kg containers.
