Principle: The flip motor drives the worm and worm gear (secondary chromium plating) through a cycloidal reducer. The worm gear is fixed on the left bearing sleeve, and the rotation of the worm gear causes the entire mixing device to flip forward (for discharge) around the front rotor axis. After the mixing chamber flips 135° for discharge, it returns to its original position. The flipping of the mixing chamber is limited by limit switches, with high precision and good durability. The hopper adopts a drop cover type for easy observation of material conditions.
