QXB Type Submersible Centrifugal Aerator Product Use:  

Centrifugal Aerator Use The QXB type centrifugal submersible aerator is used in the aeration tanks and aeration grit chambers of sewage treatment plants to oxygenate and mix the mixed liquor, as well as for biochemical treatment of sewage or oxygenation in aquaculture ponds.

Selection of Submersible Centrifugal Aerator:

It is recommended to consider factors such as liquid delivery volume, head, liquid properties, pipeline layout, and operating conditions.

1. Flow rate is one of the important performance data for selecting a centrifugal aerator, as it directly relates to the production and delivery capacity of the entire system. If the design process can calculate the normal, minimum, and maximum flow rates of the centrifugal aerator, the selection should be based on the maximum flow rate, while also considering the normal flow rate. In the absence of a maximum flow rate, 1.1 times the normal flow rate is usually taken as the maximum flow rate.    

2. Head is another important performance data for selecting a centrifugal aerator. Generally, a head with a 5%–10% margin should be used for selection.   

3. Liquid properties include the name of the liquid medium, physical properties, chemical properties, and other characteristics. Physical properties include temperature (°C), density (d), viscosity (u), the diameter of solid particles in the medium, and gas content, which relate to the system head, calculation of effective NPSH, and selection of the appropriate pump type. Chemical properties mainly refer to the chemical corrosiveness and toxicity of the liquid medium, which are important bases for selecting pump materials and the type of shaft seal.    

4. Pipeline layout conditions refer to the delivery height, delivery distance, delivery direction, the lowest liquid level on the suction side, the liquid level on the discharge side, and other data, as well as pipeline specifications, length, material, pipe fitting specifications, and quantity, to facilitate the calculation of system head and verification of NPSH.   

5. Operating conditions include many factors, such as the operating temperature (T) of the liquid, saturated vapor pressure (P), suction side pressure (PS), discharge side container pressure (PZ), altitude, ambient temperature, whether the operation is intermittent or continuous, and whether the pump is fixed or movable.

2. Online Ordering

3. Maintenance and Care

All our products come with a one-year warranty. For quality issues occurring within three months, the seller will bear the round-trip freight for repairs. For quality issues occurring within one year, both parties will share half of the freight costs. Please note that if, after inspection, the issue is not due to quality, the buyer will need to pay the repair cost and round-trip freight. For replaced parts, we promise to charge only the cost price. We provide lifelong maintenance.

4. Taxes
