Heat Shrink Sleeve: This product is made from polyolefin as the base material, supplemented with high elastomers and additives, using a scientific formula. It is then subjected to high-energy electron beams generated by an electron accelerator, which alters the polymer molecular structure, transforming it from a linear macromolecule into an insoluble three-dimensional network structure. This gives the material heat resistance, stress crack resistance, heat aging resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. Through stretching and coating equipment, it is coated with high-performance EVA hot melt adhesive (adhesive thickness about 0.8mm), while the PE sheet (thickness 1.2/1.4mm) is stretched to achieve a shrinkage rate of over 25%.

Application: This product is mainly used for buried steel pipelines, natural gas, gas, petroleum, thermal pipelines, and other fields, suitable for anti-corrosion pipeline lines.

Features: Fast shrinkage speed, excellent waterproof performance, corrosion resistance, convenient transportation, and quick construction. However, it is not as effective as electrofusion sleeves (straps) in terms of welding performance.
