I. Product Overview

Distribution network cable intermediate joints are weak links in cable operation, often leading to overheating and fire accidents due to overload, poor contact, and other reasons. The Dingxin Smart Distribution Cable Joint Integrated Monitoring System is primarily used for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of distribution network cable joints. It couples partial discharge pulse current signals through intelligent capacitive coupling sensors installed near the cable joints. The cloud server analyzes, calculates, and stores the partial discharge data, displaying it on the software monitoring platform.

II. Main Functions

1.Integrates multiple monitoring functions such as temperature monitoring, vibration monitoring, and water immersion monitoring, enabling comprehensive monitoring of cable joint operating conditions;

2.Adopts low-power design with timed data collection and periodic unified transmission. When monitoring data exceeds set thresholds or environmental conditions are abnormal, the device actively sends alarm information to the user end;

3.Utilizes acoustic microphone array ultrasonic partial discharge detection technology and electromagnetic wave partial discharge detection technology, achieving full coverage within a 5-10 meter detection range;

4.Supports both AC power supply and CT power supply, supplemented by supercapacitors as backup power to ensure long-term stable operation of the device;

5.The partial discharge sensor can detect in real-time the occurrence of weak electrical discharges caused by excessive electric field strength in localized weak areas of the cable insulation layer and provide early warnings;

6.Low maintenance costs, stable and reliable operation.
