I. Product Overview

With the continuous increase in residential electricity load, to ensure the stable operation of the distribution network and reliable power supply to residents, it is necessary to perform infrared temperature measurement at line connection points such as knife switches, switches, and distribution transformers to prevent high-temperature faults. To address this, Dingxin Wisdom has developed the Distribution Infrared Dual-Spectrum Temperature Measurement Device. It uses an infrared dual-spectrum camera, which not only monitors equipment operation in real-time but also conducts infrared temperature measurement, promptly identifying potential safety risks and enabling early detection and management of equipment defects and abnormal conditions.

II. Main Functions

1.Camera: Main camera 16 million pixels, secondary camera 2 million pixels, supports visible light and infrared dual-spectrum monitoring, supports 40x optical zoom, capable of capturing line details clearly;

2.Omnidirectional Gimbal: Supports horizontal 360° rotation, vertical -90° to +90° rotation, wide coverage with a single device;

3.Working Modes: Supports three working modes: sleep mode, low-power mode, and full-power mode, with low-power mode as the default;

4.Infrared Temperature Measurement: Uses infrared thermal imaging technology to measure surface temperature distribution changes by detecting infrared radiation emitted by objects, with automatic high-temperature alarm;

5.Supports magnetic encoder rotation closed-loop control, positioning accuracy deviation less than 0.1 degree, ensuring no deviation in equipment operation;

6.Data Transmission: Uses 3G/4G/5G wireless transmission, supports joint debugging and data access to related platforms such as the transmission line panoramic smart platform.
