In particular, phosphorus-based reactive flame retardants derived from DCPP are extensively used in permanent flame-retardant products such as polyester resins. With the development of polymeric organophosphorus flame retardants, DCPP, as an intermediate for flame-retardant polyester, has gained further applications.
