Product Introduction

The Sulfide Acidification and Purge Apparatus is developed and produced by our company in accordance with national standards. It fully meets the needs of sample pretreatment and is suitable for the determination of sulfides in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater. This acidification and purge apparatus features easy control, simple operation, and high efficiency. It employs a constant temperature water bath heating method with an integrated design for vertical acid addition, nitrogen purging, and acidification absorption. It can process 1-6 groups of samples simultaneously, includes a timing function, and automatically stops when the set time is reached.

It is suitable for scientific research, hydrology, and other units, making it an ideal pretreatment device for acidification, purging, and absorption of sulfides in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater.

Main Features

1、Uses a constant temperature water bath heating method, ensuring uniform heating with real-time temperature display;

2、Integrated design for vertical acid addition, nitrogen purging, and acidification absorption. The hydrochloric acid inlet, gas inlet, and sample outlet are combined into one unit while remaining independent, ensuring non-interfering operation;

3、Flow rate adjustment range: 0.1-1L/min, with six independent channels for safe and effective experimentation;

4、Independent control and adjustment or shut-off of nitrogen flow for each sample; no need for lifting brackets, ensuring stability and no leakage;

5、Timed operation with automatic stop and alarm notification when the set time is reached.
