The Integrated Universal Distillation Apparatus (All-Glass Distillation Setup) (EJ-ZLY-100S) is a new intelligent distillation pretreatment device designed according to laboratory sample distillation pretreatment operating procedures. It integrates constant temperature heating, distillation endpoint control, and cooling circulation water into one system. This instrument achieves precise temperature control, uniform heating, prevention of bumping, distillation endpoint control, and efficient reflux. All glassware is hermetically connected, meeting the national standard for all-glass requirements. It is widely used in environmental protection, disease control, aquaculture, water supply and drainage, universities, research institutes, factories, mines, enterprises, and various chemical laboratories requiring distillation processing.

Main Features

1. The instrument body adopts a frame-integrated design, ensuring stability and durability. The main structure uses 1mm thick branded cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating, providing enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.

2. From circuit breakers to contacts, relay protectors to push-button switches, electrical components are selected from brands such as Chint/Delixi or equivalent, ensuring instrument quality and service life.

3. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC, delivering strong and stable performance. The 7-inch LCD touchscreen is responsive and easy to set up.

4. It can simultaneously distill 1-6 samples. Each heating unit can independently control heating power from 0-500W adjustable, with preset heating time functionality.

5. The heating unit utilizes far-infrared ceramic heating bowls, offering high conformity, higher efficiency, energy savings, and features waterproof and dry-burn protection. The system includes a built-in gentle boiling mode.

1. The warranty period begins from the user's acceptance of the instrument and lasts for one year. During the warranty period, any repair service costs and replacement parts fees due to instrument quality issues are covered by Shanghai Enji, which also provides lifetime maintenance.
