The intelligent COD reflux digestion instrument adopts a PLC industrial control system for timed control, featuring single-channel independent control, one-key start, automatic temperature control, and a 120-minute automatic countdown in a micro-boiling state. It can simultaneously heat 10 digestion reflux devices, achieving energy savings, reducing electrical load, and improving efficiency. The instrument uses glass thorn reflux tubes instead of spherical reflux tubes and employs air-cooling technology to replace full water cooling, which not only saves water but also standardizes the instrument while enhancing safety. The preparation of chemical solutions, operation, and COD calculation strictly comply with HJ828-2017. For COD water samples below 50mg/L, accuracy can be improved by diluting the titrant and oxidant. For samples above 700mg/L, measurement can be completed by proportionally diluting the water sample.

Main Features

1. Digestion holes use far-infrared ceramic heating elements, which are high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and ensure uniform heating;

2. Standard 250ml conical flasks allow for titration measurement after digestion, facilitating shaking and mixing;

3. PLC control with a 5-inch touch screen operation, 10 heating digestion positions, each independently controlled;

4. Digestion time can be set; after digestion is complete, the instrument automatically stops heating and can operate unattended;

5. After sample digestion is complete, a high-capacity AC fan continues to work, assisting in sample cooling;

6. Thorn condenser tubes with three-channel air-cooling and water-cooling dual modes ensure efficient condensation reflux effects.
