The Intelligent Liquid-Liquid Extractor is primarily used to replace manual shaking in liquid-liquid extraction, optimizing the process. This instrument completely eliminates the need for manual shaking by employing a semi-closed air circulation oscillation system. Its principle involves using air pressure to thoroughly mix and vigorously agitate the water sample and extraction solvent, achieving complete extraction. This reduces unnecessary labor for laboratory personnel, protects operators' health, improves extraction efficiency, and ensures more stable and reliable analytical results. It is suitable for applications requiring liquid-liquid extraction in water quality monitoring, such as petroleum in water, as well as automated extraction of volatile phenols and anionic surfactants in water.

Main Features

1、The instrument body adopts a frame-integrated design, ensuring stability and durability. The main structure is made of 1mm thick branded cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating;
2、From circuit breakers to contacts, relay protectors to push-button switches, branded electrical components are used;

3、PLC control system with stable and robust performance. A 7-inch touch screen enables full-process control, including automatic extraction, automatic exhaust, automatic cleaning, and automatic waste discharge;
4、Capable of extracting 1 to 4 samples simultaneously. The sample bottles consist of 4 sets of three-neck separatory funnel extraction bottles with PTFE valves;
5、Each extraction bottle path of the Intelligent Liquid-Liquid Extractor is equipped with an independent glass air guide tube inserted into the bottom of the bottle

6、Utilizes a semi-closed airflow oscillation principle, achieving agitation extraction through continuous air pumping by a built-in air pump;
7、Automatic unified waste discharge treatment eliminates the need for manual venting, avoiding the risk of explosion associated with fully sealed extraction bottles;
8、The extraction bottles feature specially designed glass spray cleaning plugs that fully cover the entire inner wall of the separatory funnel. Dual channels automatically draw in detergent or pure water for automatic rinsing of the extraction bottles;
9、Waste liquid after cleaning is discharged into the wastewater tank inside the main unit via an independent push-pull waste collection tray. The waste collection tray is made of POM material resistant to organic solvent corrosion;
10、Equipped with built-in activated carbon filtration and purification for waste liquid, reducing environmental pollution.
