Boiler Operation: Boiler operation must be conducted by trained and certified personnel holding a "Special Equipment Operation Certificate." Operators must strictly adhere to operating procedures, eight key systems, and six required records during use. 6. Boiler Inspection: Boilers must undergo an annual periodic inspection. Boilers that have not passed a safety inspection are prohibited from use. Safety valves must be inspected annually, and pressure gauges must be calibrated every six months. Safety accessories that have not been periodically inspected are not permitted for use. 7. It is strictly prohibited to install atmospheric boilers as pressure boilers. The use of boilers lacking the three major safety accessories—water level gauges, safety valves, and pressure gauges—is strictly forbidden.
