Given the environmental friendliness, economic viability, and feasibility of semi-coke, Shaanxi Deli Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Fandeli Boiler Plant has been committed to the research, development, and production of environmentally friendly boilers. The high-efficiency, eco-friendly semi-coke boilers developed and manufactured by the company have actively contributed to energy conservation, emission reduction, and the reduction of pollutants from coal consumption. In recent years, in response to the severe challenges of air pollution control, our company has developed a fully intelligent series of boilers suitable for semi-coke briquettes and semi-coke pellets, based on the combustion characteristics of semi-coke. Through testing and inspection, both the thermal performance and environmental indicators of these boilers comply with national and industry standards. I. Criteria for Evaluating Retrofit Results Generally, the success of a boiler retrofit is determined by assessing steam pressure or steam flow. 1. Steam Pressure: The retrofit is deemed successful if the time taken for the boiler to reach the required steam pressure from a cold start is significantly reduced after the retrofit. 2. Steam Flow: Professional institutions use specialized testing equipment to measure the steam flow of the boiler under rated or operational conditions. The steam flow measured before the retrofit is compared with that after the retrofit to determine the success of the retrofit. Semi-coke fuel is an energy source that contains almost no sulfur, very little nitrogen, and has the advantage of low CO2 emissions. Among the various utilization and conversion pathways for semi-coke, its large-scale, efficient, and clean utilization is one of the most straightforward and feasible methods. It achieves excellent combustion results without requiring significant modifications to existing combustion equipment. Its promotion and application play a crucial role in advancing the development of environmentally friendly fuel energy technologies in China, protecting the environment, and improving ecological conditions. It not only reduces fuel costs but also decreases SO2 emissions while addressing the challenges of waste disposal. It offers significant energy-saving and environmental benefits. To meet market demands, our company, Shaanxi Weinan Fandeli Boiler Plant, has designed and developed chain grate steam boilers that use semi-coke fuel, as well as retrofitted coal-fired boilers to semi-coke boilers.
