The Lantan boiler is a horizontal quick-assembly steam boiler with natural circulation of the working fluid. The heat exchange system of this steam boiler consists of a drum, left and right headers, and water-cooled walls. The main heating surfaces include the furnace water-cooled walls, part of the drum, and the convective tube bundle inside the drum. This series of steam boilers is delivered in five major parts: the main boiler body, flue gas ducts, dust collectors, and piping systems. The first four parts are manufactured in the factory and transported to the installation site for assembly, significantly shortening the installation cycle and ensuring product installation quality. Lantan fuel is an energy source that contains almost no sulfur, very little nitrogen, and has the advantage of low CO2 emissions. Among the various utilization and conversion pathways for Lantan fuel, one of the simplest and most feasible methods for large-scale, efficient, and clean utilization is its application in combustion equipment without requiring major modifications, achieving excellent combustion performance. Its promotion and application play a crucial role in advancing the development of environmentally friendly fuel energy technologies in China, protecting the environment, and improving ecosystems. It not only reduces fuel costs but also decreases SO2 emissions while addressing the challenges of waste disposal, offering significant energy-saving and environmental benefits. To meet market demand, our company, Shaanxi Weinan Fandeli Boiler Factory, has designed and developed chain grate steam boilers that burn Lantan fuel, as well as solutions for converting coal-fired boilers to Lantan boilers. 3. Acceptance of Boiler Installation, Maintenance, and Modification Upon completion of construction, the construction unit must report to the Special Equipment Inspection Institute of the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau for boiler hydrostatic testing and installation supervision inspection. After passing the inspection, the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, the Special Equipment Inspection Institute, and the County Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau will participate in the overall acceptance process. 4. Boiler Registration After the boiler is accepted, the user unit must, in accordance with the "Special Equipment Registration and Use Management Rules," fill out the "Boiler (Census) Registration Form," register with the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, and apply for the "Special Equipment Safety Use Registration Certificate."
