The company has developed coal-to-blue-coke boilers and has successfully completed projects such as the relocation and micro-emission modification of a 10-ton steam boiler for Shaanxi Damei Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., the modification of a 2-ton steam boiler for the Weinan Environmental Monitoring Station (in 2015, the Weinan Environmental Protection Bureau organized users in Weinan to visit and study the blue-coke boiler successfully modified by "Fandeli" at the Weinan Environmental Monitoring Station), and the modification of a 6-ton steam boiler for the Small and Medium Enterprise Entrepreneurship Base. Blue coke has a block-like structure, with a particle size generally above 3mm, and appears light black in color. Currently, there are two main specifications of blue coke: one is traditionally produced blue coke, and the other is mechanically produced blue coke. Based on extensive research and experimentation, our company, Shaanxi Weinan Fandeli Boiler Factory, developed the first blue-coke boiler modification. This not only addresses the issues of ignition and complete combustion of blue coke but also offers advantages such as high thermal efficiency and low emissions of SO?, NOx, and soot. It represents a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly products in China. The development of specialized blue-coke boilers has completely resolved the issue of industrial boilers lacking low-cost clean fuel. This technology has applied for multiple national patents. In recent years, given the severe challenges of air pollution control, our company has developed a fully intelligent series of boilers suitable for blue-coke briquettes and blue-coke pellets, based on the combustion characteristics of blue coke. Tests and inspections have confirmed that their thermal performance and environmental indicators comply with national and industry standards. Experts believe that coal accounts for about 70% of China's primary energy structure, and it is difficult to significantly increase the proportion of alternative energy sources in the short term. The clean utilization of coal is currently an essential path for preventing and controlling air pollution. Promoting the use of blue coke in small boilers is one of the effective measures for reducing atmospheric pollutant emissions in China. According to the "Comparative Analysis Report on Emission Factors of Civil Combustion of Yulin Blue Coke and Raw Coal" released by the Institute of Earth Environment of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the emission factors of blue coke are very low, close to or even better than those of high-quality anthracite. Using blue coke for civil and direct decentralized coal combustion not only offers good substitutability but also significantly reduces haze, with primary PM2.5 emissions reduced by nearly 80%. 5. Boiler Operation Boiler operation must be carried out by trained and certified personnel holding the "Special Equipment Operator Certificate." During use, operational procedures, along with eight systems and six records, must be strictly followed. 6. Boiler Inspection Boilers must undergo an annual periodic inspection. Boilers that have not passed a safety inspection are not permitted for use. Safety valves, as critical safety accessories, must be inspected annually, while pressure gauges must be calibrated every six months. Safety accessories that have not undergone periodic inspection are not allowed to be used. 7. It is strictly prohibited to install atmospheric-pressure boilers as pressure-bearing boilers. The use of boilers lacking any of the three major safety accessories—water level gauges, safety valves, or pressure gauges—is strictly forbidden.
