Product Introduction:

Application Industries: Semiconductor, solar energy, liquid crystal panel manufacturing, and other industries with high-purity fluid requirements.

The valve body material is high-purity PFA, and all parts in contact with the medium are made of PFA. Parts not in contact with the medium: PFA, PVDF, 18-8 SS, etc.

The standard material for nuts is PVDF. According to customer requirements, PFA nuts can also be provided. For high-temperature requirements, nuts need to be selected separately.

Properties of Soluble Polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA)

1. PFA retains the excellent chemical stability, mechanical properties, electrical insulation, self-lubrication, non-stickiness, non-flammability, and aging resistance of PTFE.

2. Its outstanding feature is that its melt viscosity is much lower than that of PTFE, allowing it to be processed using common thermoplastic molding methods.

3. Its products exhibit excellent high-temperature stability, with high-temperature mechanical strength approximately twice that of PTFE. Additionally, PFA film is softer than PTFE, with good flex resistance and crack resistance.

4. Its chemical resistance is similar to that of PTFE and better than PVDF. It has superior creep resistance and compressive strength compared to PTFE, with high tensile strength and elongation rates of 100-300%. It offers good dielectric properties, excellent radiation resistance, and flame retardancy.

Ultra-High Purity & Corrosion Resistance:
PFA Material: Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) resin with purity ≥99.99%, no metal ion leaching, meeting stringent standards such as SEMI and USP Class VI. Suitable for ultra-pure water, acids (e.g., hydrofluoric acid), alkalis, organic solvents, and other corrosive media.
Zero Contamination: The valve interior is smooth and free of dead corners, preventing fluid retention and cross-contamination. Ideal for clean processes such as semiconductor wafer cleaning and biopharmaceutical applications.
2. Excellent Sealing Performance
Diaphragm Design: Utilizes PFA/FFKM diaphragms with strong elasticity and fatigue resistance, achieving 100% zero leakage and eliminating the risk of external leakage (especially for toxic or high-value fluids).
No Metal Contact: Fluids only come into contact with PFA material, avoiding metal contamination. Suitable for sensitive applications such as the optoelectronics industry and lithium battery electrolytes.
3. Long Lifespan & Low Maintenance
Aging Resistance: PFA has a wide temperature range (-20°C to +150°C), resists UV and chemical degradation, and has a significantly longer lifespan than PVC or PP valves.
Lubrication-Free Structure: No regular lubrication required, reducing maintenance costs. Ideal for automated production lines.
