Wuxi Fuan Chemical Factory was established in 1993, located in Hudai Town, Binhu District, Wuxi City, by the shores of Taihu Lake. It covers an area of 20 acres and employs over 50 people, with fixed assets exceeding 10 million yuan.

Taixing Fuan Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in December 2003, located in the China (Taixing) Fine Chemical Park and Taixing Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of 30.22 acres, employs over 100 people, and has fixed assets exceeding 30 million yuan.

Fuan Chemical produces polymerization inhibitors with the following varieties and capacities: Phenothiazine (PTZ) 2,000 tons/year; p-Methoxyphenol (MEHQ) 1,000 tons/year; Copper dibutyldithiocarbamate (AI-61-R) 200 tons/year; Copper acetate (AI-61-A) 300 tons/year; 2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-hydroxypiperidine-1-oxyl (ZJ-701, HT) 750 tons/year; Tris(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) phosphite (ZJ-705) 100 tons/year; p-tert-Butylcatechol (TBC) 300 tons/year.

Fuan Chemical produces catalysts with the following varieties and capacities: Lithium amide (LiNH2) 50 tons/year; Lithium methoxide (LiOCH3) 50 tons/year; Methyltrioctylammonium chloride 300 tons/year.
