OKE High Viscosity Solenoid ValveOverview

The imported high viscosity solenoid valve is used for media with viscosity exceeding 50 cst. This high viscosity solenoid valve adopts a stainless steel flying saucer piston seal, which effectively seals high viscosity media. The valve features an enhanced coil power and a strengthened return spring, ensuring reliable sealing when closing against high viscosity media. It is widely used for high viscosity media such as petroleum, crude oil, paste, and glue.

Normally Closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot hole opens, the upper chamber depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber to open the valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core returns via the spring, the pilot hole closes, and the upper chamber is pressurized through the piston throttle hole and the return spring thrust, closing the valve.

When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core returns via the spring, the pilot hole opens, the upper chamber depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber to open the valve.

Notes:

1. Before installation, impurities and welding slag in the pipeline must be cleaned to prevent internal leakage.

2. The solenoid valve is generally installed horizontally; vertical installation requires prior notice.

3. After installation, operate the valve several times normally before putting it into use.

4. If the medium contains impurities, install an 80-mesh filter before the valve.

5. If the outlet pressure is higher than the inlet, a check valve must be installed.

6. The solenoid valve coil produced by our factory can be removed and installed in reverse to function as a check valve with zero leakage.
