OKE Gas Solenoid Valve Overview

The American OKE gas solenoid valve is used on carbon dioxide pipelines, powered by electricity, and operates by the magnetic coil being activated to open or close the carbon dioxide valve.

Normally Closed Type: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot hole opens, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is released, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets by the spring, the pilot hole closes, and the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston throttle hole and the reset spring's thrust, closing the solenoid valve.

Normally Open Type: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core resets by the spring, the pilot hole closes, and the upper chamber of the valve is pressurized by the piston throttle hole and the reset spring's thrust, closing the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets by the spring, the pilot hole opens, the pressure in the upper chamber of the valve is released, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve.

Note: If the outlet pressure is greater than the inlet pressure, the medium may reverse flow. A check valve can be installed.

OKE Gas Solenoid Valve Features

1. The internal components of the solenoid valve are all made of stainless steel, manufactured using CNC machining centers, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and good product interchangeability.

2. The piston ring is made of a special wear-resistant material, flexible and not easily jammed by impurities in the medium, with automatic gap compensation and high dynamic sealing performance.

3. The metal piston and metal valve chamber do not directly rub against each other, extending the piston's lifespan, allowing for over a million continuous operations.

4. The valve body can be installed in any orientation: vertical, horizontal, or inclined.

5. The coil is not easily burned out. The reasonable sealing structure ensures better sealing performance.

6. After long periods of inactivity, the valve can restart with the same sensitivity.
