Containerized Oxygen Generator Product Introduction

The containerized oxygen generator features a compact structure, integrated skid-mounted design, small footprint, and no need for infrastructure investment, effectively reducing investment costs. It has a large adsorption capacity, high compressive strength, and a long service life. Under normal operation, the service life can reach 10 years, with over a million cycles, low failure rate, easy maintenance, and low maintenance costs. The oxygen output of our company's containerized oxygen generator can reach: 3-200 Nm3, with oxygen purity up to 90-95%, suitable for outdoor mobile operations.

Working Principle of the Containerized Oxygen Generator

The Lecheng containerized oxygen generator uses air as the gas source and employs pressure swing adsorption technology to separate air and obtain oxygen. Purified compressed air enters the bottom of the adsorption tower, which is filled with zeolite molecular sieve. This molecular sieve adsorbs most of the nitrogen, achieving oxygen-nitrogen separation under the action of pressure swing adsorption. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of the molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed within the zeolite molecular sieve, while oxygen is enriched in the gas phase and output as the product. The system is equipped with two adsorption towers: one tower adsorbs and produces oxygen, while the other desorbs and regenerates, cycling alternately to continuously produce oxygen.
