PSA Nitrogen Generator

Pressure Swing Adsorption Nitrogen Generator uses clean compressed air as the raw material and carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent. It operates on the principle of pressure swing adsorption to produce nitrogen at room temperature. Based on the differences in adsorption capacity and diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen on the carbon molecular sieve surface, a programmable logic controller (PLC) regulates the opening and closing of programmed valves to achieve pressurization adsorption and depressurization desorption, thereby separating oxygen and nitrogen to obtain nitrogen of the desired purity.
