Principle of Stainless Steel Industrial Nitrogen Generator:

The raw compressed air, after removing oil mist, moisture, and other impurities through the air purification system, enters two adsorption towers (PSA components) filled with molecular sieves. One tower is in the adsorption state, where oxygen and other impurities in the air are adsorbed, and high-purity nitrogen flows out from the top of the tower. Meanwhile, the other tower, having completed adsorption, is rapidly depressurized to remove the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities. This process is cyclically controlled by a computer to ensure continuous gas supply.

Working Process of Stainless Steel Industrial Nitrogen Generator:

Atmospheric air is compressed by a compressor and then enters a refrigerated dryer for freeze-drying. It subsequently passes through filters to remove oil and water from the raw air, ensuring the compressed air meets the requirements of the nitrogen generation system before entering the air buffer tank, which stabilizes the gas pressure. The pressure is adjusted to the rated working pressure via a pressure regulating valve and then sent to two adsorbers (filled with carbon molecular sieve), where the air is separated to produce nitrogen. The raw air enters one adsorber to produce nitrogen, while the other adsorber is depressurized for desorption and regeneration. The two adsorbers alternate their operation, continuously processing the raw air and producing nitrogen. The nitrogen is sent to the nitrogen buffer tank, where its pressure is adjusted to the rated pressure via a pressure regulating valve. It is then measured by a flow meter and analyzed by a nitrogen analyzer. Qualified nitrogen is stored for use, while unqualified nitrogen is vented (especially during the initial startup of the nitrogen generator).
