Traditional grain storage methods primarily rely on chemical agents like aluminum phosphide for insect control, which not only pollute the environment and affect the health of frontline storage personnel but also lead to pest resistance over time, increasing the difficulty of pest control and raising costs for enterprises.

Compressed air flows upward through the adsorption towers, during which oxygen molecules are adsorbed on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve. Nitrogen flows out from the top of the adsorption towers and enters a crude nitrogen buffer tank. After a period of time, the carbon molecular sieve in the adsorption towers becomes saturated with adsorbed oxygen and requires regeneration. Regeneration is achieved by stopping the adsorption process and reducing the pressure in the adsorption towers. The two adsorption towers alternate between adsorption and regeneration to ensure continuous nitrogen output.
