Working Principle: Compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with zeolite molecular sieve. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and other components in the air are largely adsorbed by the molecular sieve, while oxygen, due to its higher diffusion rate, passes through the adsorbent and is separated. When the adsorbed impurities such as nitrogen in the adsorption tower reach a certain level, the pressure is reduced to desorb the zeolite molecular sieve, regenerating the adsorbent for repeated cyclic use.
Energy-Saving Oxygen Generator Workflow
After the air is compressed by the air compressor, the cubic oxygen generator undergoes dust removal, oil removal, and drying before entering the air storage tank. It then passes through the air intake valve and left intake valve into the left adsorption tower. The pressure in the cubic oxygen generator tower increases, and the nitrogen molecules in the compressed air are adsorbed by the zeolite molecular sieve. The unadsorbed oxygen passes through the adsorption bed, enters the oxygen storage tank via the left gas production valve and oxygen production valve. This process is called left adsorption and lasts for several tens of seconds. After the left adsorption process ends, the left and right adsorption towers are connected through the equalizing valve to balance the pressure in both towers. This process is called backflushing and occurs simultaneously with desorption. After right adsorption ends, the process enters pressure equalization, then switches to left adsorption, continuing in a cyclic manner.
