Performance and Characteristics

    1. This product features strong fluorescence, high whiteness, good light and wash fastness, and excellent sublimation resistance.

2. Suitable for both pad-dry-cure and high-temperature high-pressure dyeing methods.

Application Scope

Mainly used for whitening and brightening polyester, polyester-cotton, polyester-linen, and other blended fabrics.

Usage Methods

    1. Pad-Dry-Cure Method

 S-1 Dosage: 0.5～4g/L

  Process: Two dips and two nips (Pick-up rate 70%)→Pre-drying (100℃)→Curing (Setting) (180～200℃, 20～30 seconds)

    2. Exhaustion Method

  S-1 Dosage: 0.2～0.3%(o.w.f)

Bath Ratio: 1∶10～30      pH Value: 5～10 (Weakly acidic bath is preferred)

  Process: 120~130℃ (High temperature) ×30~60min→Rinsing→Drying→Setting

Packaging and Storage

    25Kg plastic drum, or customized packaging as per customer requirements. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Shelf life: six months.
