Mining shotcrete slope galvanized chain link mesh is a composite metal mesh specifically designed for scenarios such as mine roadway support, slope protection, and temporary isolation. Through the combination of hot-dip galvanizing process, diamond-shaped weaving structure, and shotcrete technology, it forms a three-dimensional safety system featuring "rigid support + flexible protection + rapid assembly and disassembly." Utilizing the 450°C hot-dip galvanizing process, a zinc-iron alloy layer with a thickness of ≥85μm is formed, providing corrosion resistance 3-5 times higher than that of cold galvanizing. Experimental data show that in mine environments containing hydrogen sulfide, the service life of hot-dip galvanized chain link mesh can exceed 15 years; in acidic mine water corrosion environments, the galvanized layer can withstand erosion for over 8 years. The latest process has introduced a heavy-duty anti-corrosion model with a **zinc coating weight of ≥270g/m2**, specifically designed for highly corrosive scenarios such as high-sulfur coal mines and non-ferrous metal mines.
