Through the crimped wire mesh machine, flat spiral mesh wires are formed and wound one by one into diamond-shaped mesh openings, with twisting treatment to enhance shear resistance. Mining crimped wire mesh uses hot-dip galvanized wire or PVC-coated wire, with edge gripping treatment to enhance edge strength. Mesh size ranges from 30×30mm to 60×60mm, wire diameter from 2.5 to 4.0mm, and tensile strength ≥380MPa. The double-wire double-knot weaving process ensures that the breakage of a single wire does not affect the overall structure. Salt spray tests show that the hot-dip galvanized layer has a lifespan of over 15 years in the humid mine environment, while ordinary cold-galvanized mesh lasts only 3-5 years. Through structural optimization and process innovation, crimped wire mesh provides systematic solutions in coal mine safety, slope management, sports facilities, and other fields, balancing engineering reliability and ecological sustainability.
