Usage Instructions and Precautions:

Indoor ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coating can be applied using brushing, mechanical spraying, or other construction methods;

The surface of steel structure components should be derusted and treated for rust and corrosion prevention;

Before construction, dust, grease, moisture, etc., on the surface of steel structure components should be cleaned. Coating operations on damp surfaces are strictly prohibited.

The product must be thoroughly stirred before use; it should not be mixed with other coatings, paints, water, etc., to avoid compromising its fireproof performance;

During construction, the first coat should be approximately 0.3mm thick. After the coating dries, apply the next coat, with each coat about 0.5mm thick. Ensure no missed spots in each coat. The interval between coats should be 6–8 hours or more, depending on drying conditions, until the coating thickness meets design requirements;

The construction environment temperature should be between 5–38°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 85%, and adequate air circulation. Construction is not advisable when wind speed exceeds 5m/s, during rainy weather, or when surfaces are condensing.

After construction, the coating should be protected from rain, immersion, and prolonged dampness. Curing is required to achieve its performance requirements.
