Yongmei Machinery Linear Screen (Linear Vibrating Screen) uses vibration motors as the vibration source to throw materials up on the screen while moving them forward in a straight line. The material is evenly fed into the inlet of the screening machine from the feeder and passes through multiple layers of screens to produce several specifications of oversize and undersize materials, which are discharged from their respective outlets. The linear vibrating screen is driven by two vibration motors. When the two motors operate synchronously and in opposite rotation, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axes, while combining into a resultant force perpendicular to the motor axes. As a result, the screen machine moves in a straight line. The motor axes are inclined relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the excitation force and the material's own gravity, the material is thrown up and moves forward in a jumping straight line on the screen surface, achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. It is suitable for screening various dry powdery materials with a particle size of 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 70%, and non-viscous properties. The maximum feed particle size does not exceed 10mm.
