The tunnel drying line is a tunnel-type chain mesh belt through-type drying equipment. It uses specially designed chain transmission to convey workpieces and is a novel continuous drying equipment with functions such as drying. Workers manually place the workpieces on the transmission chain mesh belt, which then pass through the drying process sequentially before discharge. The mist inside the upper cover is extracted by a mist extraction fan and discharged into the main exhaust duct. This machine is fully functional, structurally rational, easy to operate, and delivers excellent drying results, making it highly significant for large-scale drying, improving the working environment, and enhancing quality. The body structure is sealed, aesthetically pleasing, and allows for easy disassembly and maintenance.

1. Loading/Unloading Area:
A mesh belt is set at the feed inlet, exposed outside the machine body to form the loading area. After loading, the transmission enters the drying area where hot air circulation performs the drying. An industrial fan is installed at the rear to cool the workpieces. At the discharge outlet, a mesh belt is exposed outside the machine body to form the unloading area, completing a full循環(huán) chain. The mesh belt is 0.8m above the ground for easy operator access.
2. Drying Area:
The equipment includes a drying area. The heating method uses electric (quartz tube) heating (a gas biomass pellet heating system can also be installed if needed), with adjustable temperatures ranging from room temperature to 300°C. Systems for insulation, exhaust, temperature control, and mist extraction are installed to maintain adjustable constant temperature.
After workpieces enter the drying area from the loading zone, they move at a speed of 0.5-3m/min, undergoing drying at the set temperature before unloading. Air circulation and exhaust systems are installed on the drying oven to ensure even heating of workpieces within the system and to extract waste gas and mist, preventing pollution in the workshop environment.

;Double speed chain, used for material conveying, is similar to the chains used in chain drives. The most commonly used conveying chain in engineering is the roller chain. The so-called double speed conveying chain (double plus conveyor chain) is such a roller conveying chain. On the conveying line, the movement speed of the chain remains constant, but the pallets and workpieces being conveyed above the chain can be controlled according to the user's requirements to pause at desired positions for various assembly operations by the operator. After completing these operations, the workpieces continue to move forward for conveyance.
