Xuancheng Jingrui New Material Co., Ltd. is located in the High-tech Zone of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. It is a company specializing in the research, production, and application of nano new material technologies.

The founding team began developing nanomaterials in Jiande as early as 1999. In 2001, they established Hangzhou Dayang Nanomaterial Co., Ltd. in Qiandao Lake, specializing in the production of nano titanium dioxide, nano aluminum oxide, nano zirconium oxide, and various liquid nano material products. In 2005, Hangzhou Wanjing New Material Co., Ltd. was established. With the continuous expansion of the company's business market and the development of nanomaterial production technology, as well as the increasing maturity of material application technologies, the company relocated to the Xuancheng High-tech Industrial Development Zone in 2009 through investment promotion. Currently, the company employs 130 professional technicians, including 35 with bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degrees who are long engaged in the R&D, testing, process design, and industrialization of new material technologies. The company has established industry-university-research partnerships with renowned institutions such as Central China Normal University, Hokkaido University in Japan, and Northeast Forestry University, forming a new material R&D team advised by professors and doctors from prestigious universities. The company has also established a joint nano new material R&D center with Hokkaido University, with mutual exchange, R&D collaboration, and technical personnel dispatched between the two parties. Leveraging its strong R&D team, the company currently holds 16 authorized invention patents, 5 utility model patents, 1 copyright certificate, and 5 intellectual property applications under review. It has developed over 60 application technologies for new nano materials.

In 2013, the company was recognized as a Patent Demonstration Enterprise in Xuancheng City. Six products, including high-purity nano aluminum oxide, highly active and highly dispersed titanium oxide, and high-purity zirconium oxide, were certified as Anhui Province High-tech Products, with one product recognized as a Key New Product of Anhui Province. The company participated in formulating one industry standard for zinc oxide for catalysts, nine national standards including the national standard for nano aluminum oxide, and two international standards such as the ISO 18473-3:2018 for silicon oxide. It is currently leading the development of one international standard for photocatalytic nano titanium oxide. The company has passed ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, and OHSAS18001:2007 certifications. It has also received projects such as the National SME Innovation Fund, the Torch Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Xuancheng City Science and Technology攻關(guān)Plan.

The company has an annual production capacity of 800 tons of nano aluminum oxide; 1,200 tons of 5N high-purity aluminum oxide and its series products; 600 tons of nano titanium dioxide, highly catalytically active nano titanium dioxide, inorganic antibacterial agents, and related series products; 1,000 tons of ultrafine zirconium oxide and its series products; and 2,000 tons of nano silicon dioxide series products. The company also produces series products such as high-purity nano magnesium oxide, high-purity nano cerium oxide, and high-purity nano zinc oxide.
