Avoid directly adding powdered materials to prevent clogging vacuum pipelines
II. Maintenance:
1. Daily Maintenance
Clean the drum after each use, inspect seals and control system
Check reducer oil level monthly
2. Vacuum Pump Maintenance
Inspect vacuum pump oil contamination every half month, replace promptly
3. Regular Inspection:
Check components such as motor, chains, electrical circuits, etc., to ensure stable equipment operation
