The crushed material enters the classifier's grading chamber with the rising airflow. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor, particles are subjected to both the centrifugal force generated by the grading rotor and the centripetal force produced by the airflow. When the centrifugal force on the particles exceeds the centripetal force, coarse particles larger than the grading particle size return to the crushing chamber for further impact crushing, while fine particles enter the cyclone separator and collector with the airflow for collection, and the gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
