The system mainly consists of a compressor, air storage tank, material bin, main grinding machine, cyclone separator, dust collector, and automated control system. When the lithium hydroxide airflow pulverizer is in operation, the system is started by continuously filling it with nitrogen to displace the air until the entire system reaches the oxygen content level set by the test. Then, the feeding device automatically starts to evenly add the raw materials into the grinding chamber of the main machine. Compressed nitrogen is injected at high speed into the grinding chamber through specially designed supersonic nozzles. The material accelerates in the supersonic jet stream and repeatedly impacts and collides at the nozzle intersection, achieving the grinding effect. The ground material enters the classification chamber with the rising airflow for classification. Materials that do not enter the classification wheel return to the grinding chamber for further impact grinding. The purified gas after filtration returns to the compressor intake for recycling. 4) Low wear. Since the main grinding effect is the mutual impact and collision of material particles, it can be used to grind materials with a Mohs hardness of seven or higher.

5) The grinding particle size range can be adjusted arbitrarily, with options available in the range of d50=3-8um.

6) The system uses a touch screen and a programmable PLC controller to achieve full automatic control and fully automated unmanned operation.
