Technical Design and Features of Vacuum Insulated Pipes

1. The inner pipe has a shrinkage rate of 0.3% at liquid nitrogen temperature; for rigid pipes, compensators are installed;

2. High-vacuum multilayer insulated cryogenic shut-off valves, check valves, emergency shut-off valves, and safety relief systems are installed on the pipeline;

3. Plug-in vacuum connection joints feature low heat leakage, no frosting, and anti-frosting properties;

4. Both inner and outer pipes are made of austenitic stainless steel 06Cr19Ni10 (or customized according to customer requirements);

5. The interlayer uses advanced specialized multilayer insulation materials and gas adsorbents;

6. Supports with low thermal conductivity;

7. Application fields: industrial gases, medical, biological, electronics, aviation, automotive, beverage, and many other industries;

8. Transport media: liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid argon (LAr), liquid oxygen (LOX), LNG.

Installation Features of Vacuum Insulated Pipes

1. Plug-in connection, commonly known as vacuum flange connection, segmented manufacturing, with vacuum flanges connecting pipe sections;

2. Welded connection, commonly known as welded connection, segmented manufacturing with welded joints for cryogenic insulated pipes, using on-site insulation;

3. Professional guidance for installation;

4. Shortens installation time, reduces installation workload, and lowers installation costs.
