Haolang Liquid Descaler Features:
Due to the addition of specific corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors, this product has a low corrosion rate on various metal materials, is non-toxic and odorless, and safe to use.
II. Descaling Principle
Haolang Liquid Boiler Descaler is formulated with solid acid as the main agent, and corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors as auxiliary agents. Its aqueous solution reacts vigorously with carbonate scale, generating easily soluble dehydrated salts and carbon dioxide. When scale is placed into the descaler solution, a large number of bubbles can be observed, gradually dissolving the scale. Since this product does not contain chloride ions, it can be used for descaling stainless steel and austenitic steel equipment. It is mainly used to remove carbonate scale and mixed scale.
It can be used for descaling in various industrial boilers, domestic boilers, exchangers, circulation pipelines, etc.
III. Overview
Haolang Liquid Descaler is a newly developed boiler descaler by the Applied Department of the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It features high descaling efficiency, short scale dissolution time, safe use, and convenient storage and transportation, making it widely used for removing boiler scale and heat exchanger system scale.
This product contains high-efficiency corrosion inhibitors, which cause minimal corrosion to boiler steel plates, copper parts, and other metals, with high corrosion inhibition efficiency. It is non-toxic and harmless to the human body, ensuring safe use.
IV. Usage Method:
1. Circulation Cleaning: For water circulation systems such as boiler cooling towers, heat exchangers, and condensers, use the circulation method for cleaning.
Use acid-resistant pumps, water tanks, connecting pipes, and other equipment to form a closed circulation system.
First, inject circulating water to check for pipeline leaks, then add this product for direct circulation cleaning at normal temperature. Finally, rinse with clean water.
2. Soaking Cleaning: Use this product for soaking and cleaning at room temperature.

V. Dosage:
The general dosage of this product is 80-100 kg/ton (exact amount to be determined through simulation tests).
VI. Packaging and Storage:
This product is packaged in 25kg or 200kg plastic barrels. Store in a cool, dry place indoors (rinse with clean water after skin contact).
