HL-503Central Air Conditioning Cleaner

HL-503 Haolang Central Air Conditioning Solid Cleaner is developed by our company's technical department with reference to technical data from foreign cleaning companies and through extensive testing. Its main components include inorganic acid, penetrant, corrosion inhibitor, iron ion chelating agent, accelerator, etc. As the product is a relatively safe medium-strength acid with excellent descaling effects and outstanding corrosion inhibition performance (up to 99.75%), it has gained recognition in the cleaning industry and is well-received by users.

HL-503 cleaner is a white powder or granular solid, non-toxic and harmless. The waste liquid from cleaning does not contain harmful substances that pollute water quality, meeting environmental protection requirements.

Dosage calculation:

When using this cleaner for central air conditioning cleaning, the dosage can be calculated based on the heating area of the central air conditioning condenser and heat exchanger, and the thickness of the scale, using the following formula:

G=1.97×F×δ×α where

G - Dosage (tons)

F - Heating area of the condenser and heat exchanger (square meters)

δ - Scale thickness (meters)

α - Calcium carbonate density 2.7T/m³

Alternatively, add the agent to the dosing tank with water temperature at 40-50°C at a ratio of 8-10% of the weight of the aqueous solution. After dissolution, proceed according to the central air conditioning chemical cleaning process.

Usage method:

1. To ensure cleaning effectiveness, users can take a 50-100g sample of the scale from the central air conditioning unit and send it to the company laboratory for testing and analysis. Users must follow the dosage based on our company's analysis results.

2. Add HL-503 central air conditioning cleaner to water until fully dissolved (dosage 8%-10%); then pump it into the unit, control the temperature of the solution at around 60°C, and circulate for 6-8 hours. When the pH change stabilizes (or no carbon dioxide gas is released), it can be determined that cleaning is complete. Cool down and discharge the cleaning solution, then rinse with clean water until the pH is neutral at 7.

Packaging and storage:

Packaged in woven bags of 20kg or 25kg, store in a ventilated and dry place. Caking does not affect quality.
