The drum mainly consists of a frame, drum, reduction system, discharge system, counting device, etc.
The frame is welded from section steel and primarily serves a supporting role, with all components mounted on it.
The drum is the main component of the equipment, formed by rolling steel plates. It is supported by semi-axles, bearings, and bearing seats at both ends, mounted on the frame to form a freely rotating cylinder. The cylinder has an openable and closable sealed feed port, and lifter plates are welded inside. When materials are placed inside the drum and rotated, they roll along with the drum and, under the action of the lifter plates, are thrown and broken by self-impact. After reaching the preset number, the drum stops rotating, and the materials are discharged from the feed port, completing a set test cycle.
