I. Performance and Applications

Reverse osmosis membrane scale inhibitor is an 8x concentrated membrane scale inhibitor, suitable for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF) systems. It prevents scaling on the membrane surface, increases water production and water quality, and reduces operating costs.

1) Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum allowable LSI value of 2.8 without acid addition.

2) Does not form insoluble substances by coagulating with iron and aluminum oxides or silicon compounds.

3) Particularly effective in controlling iron, aluminum, and heavy metal pollutants, allowing an iron concentration of up to 8.0 mg/L on the feed side.

4) Effectively inhibits the polymerization and deposition of silica, with a SiO2 concentration of up to 290 mg/L on the concentrate side.

5) Can be used for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes.

6) Good solubility and stability.

7) Effective within a feedwater pH range of 5-10.
