Product Introduction

1. The device consists of aluminum-clad steel aluminum alloy guide rails, stainless steel core, end anti-drop device, diverter, connecting fittings, fall arrester, and fixing fittings. All components undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure a service life equivalent to that of the tower.
2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where the guide rail is installed.
3. The device adopts a built-in guide rail structure, preventing rust and contamination, easy to maintain, with a simple and lightweight design. The weight per meter of guide rail does not exceed 1.5 kg. The guide rails are connected using male-female core holes for easy alignment and fixation. The surface roughness of the guide rail is no greater than 6.3, and the cross-sectional structural deviation is less than 0.5 mm.
4. The device can carry a total mass of 100 kg, including the operator and carried items. Tower climbers wear a safety harness with a buffer pack. In the event of a fall, the impact force on the person is less than 6 kN, and the device remains intact.
5. The guide rail can withstand a static load of 15 kN without any structural damage.
6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6 kg) with a designed service life of 5 years. It features one-way locking when passing through vertical, inclined, and curved guide rails, and allows bidirectional free sliding on horizontal guide rails. It does not lose its locking function upon impact and can resume normal operation after unlocking.
7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15 kN and an impact load of no less than 100 kg. When using the fall arrester, the fall distance is short (no more than 1.0 m), and the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 0.1 m, avoiding inertial locking.
8. Removing or installing the fall arrester on the guide rail requires two manual operations. The fit clearance between the guide rail and the fall arrester is tight (no more than 2 mm), and the fall arrester surface clearly indicates the direction of use (arrow).
