Product Introduction

1. The device consists of I-shaped aluminum alloy guide rails, end anti-drop devices, steering devices, connecting fittings, fall arresters, and fixing fittings. All components undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure a design lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.

2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where the guide rail is installed.

3. The device adopts a built-in guide rail structure, which is dustproof, anti-fouling, and easy to de-ice; it is simple and lightweight, with each meter of guide rail weighing no more than 1.3kg, a surface roughness of no more than 6.3, and a cross-sectional structural deviation of less than 0.5mm.

4. The device can carry a total mass of 100kg, including the operator and carried items. When a tower climber wears a safety harness with a buffer pack, the impact force on the person in the event of a fall is less than 6kN, and the device does not suffer any structural damage.

5. The guide rail can withstand a static load of 15kN without any structural damage.
    
6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6kg) with a design service life of 5 years. It can lock unidirectionally when passing through vertical, inclined, and curved guide rails, and slide freely bidirectionally on horizontal guide rails. It does not lose its locking function upon impact and can resume normal operation after unlocking.

7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15kN and an impact load of no less than 100kg. When using the fall arrester, the fall distance is short (no more than 1.0m), the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 0.1m, and it achieves inertia-free locking.

8. Installing or removing the fall arrester on the guide rail requires two manual operations. The fit clearance between the guide rail and the fall arrester is tight (no more than 2mm), and the fall arrester has a clearly marked direction of use (arrow).
