Product Introduction

1. The device consists of I-shaped aluminum alloy rails, end anti-drop devices, steering devices, connecting fittings, fall arresters, and fixing fittings. All components undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure a design lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.

2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where rails are installed.

3. The device features a built-in rail structure, providing dustproof, anti-pollution, and easy de-icing capabilities. It is simple and lightweight, with each meter of rail weighing no more than 1.3 kg. The surface roughness of the rail is no greater than 6.3, and the cross-sectional structural deviation is less than 0.5 mm.

4. The device can carry a total mass of 100 kg, including the operator and carried items. When a tower climber wearing a safety harness with a buffer pack falls, the impact force on the person is less than 6 kN, and the device shows no structural damage.

5. The rail can withstand a static load of 15 kN without any structural damage.
    
6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6 kg) with a design service life of 5 years. It can lock unidirectionally when passing through vertical, inclined, and curved rails, and slide freely bidirectionally on horizontal rails. It does not lose its locking function upon impact and resumes normal operation after unlocking.

7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15 kN and an impact load of no less than 100 kg. When using the fall arrester, the falling distance is short (no more than 1.0 m), the locking distance is no more than 0.1 m, and it features inertia-free locking.

8. Installing or removing the fall arrester on the rail requires two manual operations. The fit clearance between the rail and the fall arrester is tight (no more than 2 mm), and the fall arrester surface has a clearly marked usage (arrow) direction.
