Physicochemical Properties: Off-white or pale yellow crystalline powder; almost odorless and tasteless.

Features: Anti-inflammatory effect is stronger than phenylbutazone and hydrocortisone. Combined use can reduce the dosage and side effects of the latter. Antipyretic effect is 10 times that of aminopyrine. However, the analgesic effect is weak and only significantly effective for inflammatory pain. In monogastric animals, it is rapidly and completely absorbed orally. Peak plasma concentration time is 1.5–2 hours, with plasma protein binding rate reaching 90%. It is conjugated with glucuronic acid in the liver and excreted by the kidneys. Some is also reabsorbed through bile entering the intestine, while the rest is excreted in feces.        

Product Use: Raw material for analytical reagents; analysis of high fever, respiratory and digestive tract infections in livestock and poultry; also used for breeding animals or poultry, with significant spermatogenic effects.
