HT-0311 Reverse Osmosis Cleaner (Alkaline)

I. Product Features

The stability of reverse osmosis system operation depends on the quality of raw water and the level of pretreatment. However, after a certain period of operation (generally 3-12 months), the reverse osmosis membrane will be contaminated to varying degrees, and chemical cleaning is a necessary means to restore membrane performance. HT-0311 Reverse Osmosis Cleaner (Alkaline) is a specialized cleaning agent developed specifically for removing oil, organic matter, and biological slime.

(1) Suitable for all brands of aromatic polyamide membranes and acetate membranes; (2) Efficiently removes oil, organic matter, and biological slime from the membrane surface; (3) Improved effectiveness at higher temperatures; (4) The pH of the diluted solution should be maintained at 10.5±0.5;

(5) Liquid agent, which shortens mixing time; (6) Reusable.

HT-0311 is a high pH liquid formulation used to remove oil, organic matter, and biological slime.

III. Usage Concentration

The typical dilution ratio is 10% of the total cleaning solution.

IV. Cleaning Instructions

(1) Inspect the cleaning tank, pipelines, and safety filter, and replace the filter cartridge if necessary;

(2) Fill the cleaning tank with an appropriate amount of reverse osmosis product water;

(3) Slowly add the calculated dosage, circulate and mix the cleaning solution with a water pump, and measure the pH; if it is low, add an appropriate amount of NaOH.

(4) Circulate for cleaning; the duration depends on the severity of contamination, generally 1-10 hours. For longer durations, the solution can be soaked for a period before recirculation. During cleaning, take samples to observe the cleaning effect, such as the turbidity and color change of the solution, and whether flocculent matter appears.

(5) In cases of severe contamination, it may be necessary to completely drain the first batch of cleaning solution to prevent redeposition of contaminants; then prepare a new cleaning solution.

(6) During circulation, appropriately increasing the temperature can enhance the cleaning effect, but do not exceed the specified temperature. Note that continuous circulation of the solution may cause the temperature to gradually rise.

VI. Safety and Protection

This product is weakly alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
