Product Description
The SZF linear screen is a commonly used enclosed light-duty vibrating screening equipment. It utilizes a vibration motor as the vibration source, causing materials to move forward in a jumping linear motion on the screen surface. Materials are evenly fed into the inlet of the screening machine from the feeder and are separated into several specifications of oversize and undersize particles through multiple layers of screens, which are discharged from their respective outlets.
Scope of Application

Suitable for screening various dry powdered materials with a particle size of 0.074–5mm, moisture content less than 70%, and non-viscous properties. The maximum feed particle size generally does not exceed 10mm. This series of vibrating screens can also be used for liquid filtration and screening operations, commonly applied in wastewater treatment. It can also screen larger granular materials such as coal powder. When processing larger materials, the screen body thickness needs to be increased, the motor power must be enhanced, and perforated screen plates should be used as screens. Widely used in industries such as plastics, abrasives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, food, carbon, and fertilizers.
