Product Description

The PBL series centrifuge is a filtration centrifuge suitable for sanitary and high-cleanliness production requirements. It is widely used for the separation of various solid-liquid mixtures in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and fine chemicals. It features meticulous design, high-quality manufacturing, strong corrosion resistance, stable operation, and fully meets high cleanliness standards.

Working Principle

The material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed pipe. Under the centrifugal force field, it is evenly distributed on the filter cloth lining the inner wall of the drum for filtration and separation. During the separation process, the liquid phase passes through the gaps of the solid material and the filter cloth, as well as the small holes in the drum wall, and flows out through the liquid discharge pipe at the base. The solid material is retained inside the drum wall. Once the separation requirements are met, the machine stops, the cover is opened, and the material is manually unloaded, completing one work cycle.
