Metering parameters (density, equivalent, remaining quantity, temperature compensation coefficient) can be viewed and modified anytime through the control instrument, facilitating online system accuracy calibration. The instrument features remote start/stop functionality—after setting the filling quantity, one operator can independently perform filling using the filling gun and remote controller, reducing labor intensity, saving manpower, and improving work efficiency.

The control instrument initially inputs the liquid’s standard density at 20°C, then synchronously converts flow and temperature signals via conversion coefficients to calculate the mass in kilograms. It automatically stops the pump and closes the valve when the preset quantitative transfer amount is reached, achieving precision quantitative mass measurement with 0.2% accuracy. The instrument can also print the kilogram quantity of this transfer.

[Brief Workflow]

1. Position the barrels (can be arranged in rows for convenient filling).

2. Directly input the quantitative filling value and number of barrels on the liquid quantitative metering control instrument;

3. Insert the filling gun into the barrel and start the instrument to begin metering and filling large barrels;

4. The control instrument issues start commands to open relevant valves and activate the pump, initiating material transfer and filling metering;

5. Close relevant valves and the pump upon reaching the preset filling value;

6. Move to the second barrel, insert the filling gun, and repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 until all large barrels are filled.

The above process is automated and controlled by the instrument, which can be started via remote control or instrument buttons (explosion-proof remote control is optional).

[Operation Procedure]Taking200kg/barrel with 20 barrels to be filled as an example:

1. Insert the filling gun into the barrel

2. Keyboard operation: 200→ Quantitative →20→ Start (filling begins, automatically stops after reaching1000kg)

3. Insert the filling gun into another empty barrel and press Start again...... until all 20 barrels are filled.
