Production Method

Urea oxidation method. Using urea, chlorine, and caustic soda as starting materials, hydrazine hydrate is first prepared. The obtained hydrazine hydrate reacts with urea under the action of sulfuric acid to form biurea, which is then oxidized with chlorine to produce ADC foaming agent. The product is obtained after washing, centrifugation, and drying.

Producing 1 ton of this product requires 1.9–2.2 tons of urea (N≥46%), 2 tons of sulfuric acid (98%), 2.0–2.3 tons of caustic soda (100% equivalent), 0.01 tons of sodium bromide, 1.7–1.9 tons of liquid chlorine (99.5%), and 0.1–0.11 tons of potassium permanganate.
